Just use this URL
http://cgi6.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MfcISAPICommand=ViewListedItems&since=30&userid=electricengineer03&include=0&rows=50&sort=3&completed=1
and change the "electricengineer03" after userid= and before the &include to the eBay member's name.
